Shipping Policy for EOVALLE

At EOVALLE, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders, shipping times, and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders received by 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail for free. This shipping method is ideal for books and may take 5-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location within the U.S.

3. Shipping Address
To prevent fraud and chargebacks, all orders must be shipped to the shipping address on file that is provided during checkout. We are unable to modify the shipping address after the order is placed, so please ensure the correct address is entered.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after shipping.

5. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery times for USPS Media Mail range between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including delays from USPS or high-volume shipping periods.

6. Delays or Missing Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at author@eovalle.com with your order number, and we will assist in tracking your package.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
EOVALLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out to us for assistance.

8. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. International shipping is not available.
